Valērijs Giņko
Co-founder and Chairman of the Board with more than 20 years of experience from forestland investment and management. Primary responsibilities include evaluation of and execution of transactions, supervision of forest management activities as well as overseeing service providers. Latvian national with a law degree from Latvia University. Previous experience from real estate transactions, including the forestry sector, as well as entrepreneurial projects within the bioenergy sector and forestland acquisition and management services for one the larger forestland owners in Latvia.
Fredrik Zetterström
Co-founder and Board Member with more than eight years of experience with entrepreneurial activities and forestland investments in Latvia. Primary responsibilities include investor relations, investment policies, risk management. Swedish national and has an education in Business Administration from the University of Stockholm. Previous experience includes Corporate Finance and Investor Relations activities as well as several entrepreneurial projects. Co-founder and previously CEO of a listed Swedish investment vehicle focusing on investments in Latvian forestland assets.
Liene Giņko
Board Member with primary responsibility for legal, AML and compliance issues as well as for implementing the asset valuation processes. Professional master’s degree in legal science from the Faculty of Law, University of Latvia as well as a bachelor’s course in finance from the BA School of Business and Finance. Previously active within a team of legal experts involved in the divestment of and recuperation of assets.
